1. Request Cancellation Early
If you need to cancel an order, contact Spark Print as early as possible. A cancellation request is not automatically effective until it has been acknowledged and the production status has been reviewed.
2. Before Production
If production has not started and no non-recoverable work or material has been committed, cancellation may be possible subject to the order circumstances and any design or preparation work already completed.
3. After Artwork or Production Starts
Once artwork preparation, proofing, material cutting, printing, finishing, fabrication or other production has started, full cancellation may not be possible. Charges may apply for work completed, material used or commitments already made.
4. Changes to Quantity or Specification
Changes in quantity, size, material, finishing, delivery or artwork may change the price and turnaround. A revised quote or confirmation may be required before work continues.
5. Approved Artwork Changes
Changes requested after artwork approval may require a new proof and may delay production. If printing has already started, the existing production may be chargeable.
6. Urgent Orders
Urgent and same-day jobs may enter production quickly after confirmation, so the opportunity to cancel or modify them can be very limited.
7. Refunds Following Cancellation
Any refund or credit following an approved cancellation depends on payments received and the amount of work, material or third-party cost already committed.
