1. Delivery Options
Depending on the order, location and product, an order may be collected from Spark Print, sent by local delivery, dispatched through a courier or handled using another mutually agreed delivery method.
2. Delivery Charges
Delivery or courier charges, where applicable, depend on distance, parcel size, weight, urgency and service provider. Charges should be confirmed in the quotation or before dispatch.
3. Delivery Estimates
Delivery times are estimates unless specifically confirmed otherwise. Courier networks, traffic, weather, public restrictions, address issues and other circumstances outside Spark Print's direct control may affect delivery.
4. Customer Address
The customer is responsible for providing a complete and accurate address, PIN code and reachable phone number. Additional charges may apply if a shipment must be redirected or reattempted because of incorrect or incomplete information.
5. Dispatch After Production
Dispatch normally takes place after the relevant production and payment requirements for the order have been completed.
6. Inspection on Receipt
Please inspect the shipment when received. If there is visible transit damage or a quantity concern, document the condition with photographs and contact Spark Print promptly.
7. Large or Installation-Related Jobs
Large-format materials, exhibition items, signage or branding projects may require special transport, site access or installation arrangements. These conditions should be confirmed separately for the project.
8. Delhi NCR Coverage
Spark Print handles enquiries across Noida, Greater Noida, Delhi, Ghaziabad, Indirapuram, Gurugram, Faridabad and other Delhi NCR business areas. Availability and delivery method depend on the order.
