1. About Spark Print
Spark Print provides printing, branding, promotional-product and corporate-gifting services. Our primary operating location is near Lal Mandir, Saraswathi Vihar, Khora Colony, Sector 62A, Noida, Uttar Pradesh 201020, India. 2. Quotations and Order Confirmation
Prices, quantities, sizes, materials, finishing, turnaround and delivery terms should be confirmed in the quotation, invoice, WhatsApp conversation or written order confirmation. A quotation may change if the specification, quantity, artwork, material, delivery location or finishing requirement changes before production.
3. Artwork and Customer Approval
The customer is responsible for checking names, phone numbers, addresses, spelling, dates, QR codes, prices, logos, dimensions and other content before approving artwork. Production may begin after approval. Changes requested after approval or after production has started may result in additional charges or may not be possible.
4. Colour and Print Variation
Colours displayed on phones and computer screens may differ from printed output because screens use different colour systems and brightness settings. Paper, vinyl, fabric, substrate, ink, coating, lighting and printing method can also affect colour. Reasonable production variation is not automatically considered a defect.
5. Custom and Personalized Products
Most Spark Print jobs are customized or produced specifically for a customer. Because these products are made to order, they generally cannot be returned or exchanged for change of mind, incorrect customer-supplied content, an approved design, or a specification that was confirmed before production.
6. Production Time
Turnaround estimates are based on artwork readiness, material availability, finishing, quantity and production capacity. Same-day or urgent service is available only where specifically confirmed. An estimated completion time is not a guarantee if circumstances outside normal production control cause delay.
7. Delivery and Collection
Delivery, courier, local dispatch or collection arrangements depend on the order and destination. The customer should provide a complete and correct delivery address and contact number. Delivery timing may depend on third-party logistics, traffic, weather, access restrictions and other external factors.
8. Payment
Payment terms are those stated in the quotation, invoice or order confirmation. Custom production may require advance payment or payment before dispatch/collection. Orders may be paused until the required payment or confirmation is received.
9. Cancellations and Changes
A cancellation or modification request should be made as early as possible. Once design work, material preparation, printing, finishing or other production has started, cancellation may not be possible and charges may apply for work or materials already committed.
10. Claims for Production Issues
If you believe an order has a production defect, quantity issue, damage or material mismatch, contact Spark Print promptly with the order details, photographs and a clear description of the issue. We will review the claim and, where appropriate, may offer correction, reprint, replacement, credit or refund depending on the circumstances.
11. Customer-Supplied Content and Rights
By providing logos, photographs, trademarks, text, designs or other artwork, the customer confirms that they have the right or permission to use that material for the requested print job. Spark Print may refuse content that appears unlawful, misleading, infringing or otherwise unsuitable for production.
12. Limitation and Applicable Rights
Nothing in these terms is intended to remove rights that cannot legally be excluded under applicable law. Where there is a conflict between these general terms and a written quotation or order-specific agreement, the order-specific written terms should be read together with these conditions.
